In my personal copy, there is no official copyright notice, and so, if mine is the first edition (it gives no indication of other editions, and other sources cite this hymnal as being published in 1927), it is public domain in the United States (seeing as it was published at a time where an official copyright notice must be included to retain copyright). It does, however, say where it was printed, and the date (so if there was a previous edition with a copyright notice, then it is possibly not public domain). —Veramet 04:43, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
