As to whether it's a translation or not, German is not my strongest suit, but it appears to me to be a loose translation, or paraphrase. This appears to be a German translation of the lyrics entitled Something for Thee (CyberHymnal (incipit "Savior, thy dying love"), written by Sylvanus Phelps. Something for Thee is the tune name. --Haruo 15:43, 6 August 2007 (MDT)

- You're right, I meant "Something for Jesus" rather than "Something for Thee" for the tune name (and occasionally as the title of the song). As to whether it's a translation or not, German is not my strongest suit, but it appears to me to be a loose translation, or paraphrase.
