**Some later sources say he died in 1925, although this could only be true if the above source (i.e. Trinity College Bulletin …) is not talking about the same person, which is unlikely, seeing as it was published in 1920 (it would be weird if they published his death date before he died), and there would need to be another reverend Edwin Pond Parker who was born in 1836 who wrote hymns.
